A complaint about a noisy party led police to an apartment filled with 14 people who’d been drinking alcohol. Thirteen of those partygoers were under the legal drinking age, and six were under the age of 18.

The six teens—ranging in ages from 15 to 17—were released to the custody of their parents and legal guardians, while the eight adults at the party were arrested.

Each adult was charged with a felony count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Those charged are: Michael Sanchez, 19, of Las Vegas; Elena Valencia, 18, of Las Vegas; Adrianna Garcia, 19, of Las Vegas; Jenese A. Fulgenzi, 20, of Las Vegas; Angelica R. Montoya, 20, of Ribera; Christopher D. Vigil, 20, of Mora; Victoria Romero, 28, of Mora; and Dominique Maes, 20, of Cleveland, New Mexico.

Just after 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 18, officers with the Las Vegas Police Department were dispatched to an apartment complex in the 2500 block of Collins Drive.

As LVPD officers approached the apartment, a woman who’d been standing in the open doorway of the unit slammed the door closed, according to a probable cause statement filed in San Miguel Magistrate Court.
