Diane Bevan, 2019 Women of the Year
From the Idaho Business Review
Diane Bevan learned the value of hard work growing up on a small family farm in rural Oklahoma. And as the tallest of six siblings—all girls—Bevan often wore her sisters’ hand-me-downs, which forced her to learn the valuable skill of sewing. Though born of necessity, it’s a skill Bevan is proud to have.
“I can remember making all of my prom dresses,” Bevan says. “One, because I could, and two, because I could not afford to buy them.”
